My name is Paulina Tritz, and I am a certified Mind-Body Practitioner and Life Coach specializing in holistic health and the fundamentals of nutrition.

The human body strives to maintain homeostasis, and in my work, I emphasize the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness, as it yields the best results for lasting well-being.

During the personalized coaching sessions I offer, women are empowered to identify their health goals and develop customized plans to achieve them.  Coaching sessions cover a range of areas, including rewiring thought processes, changing behavioural patterns, breaking free from habit loops, becoming self-aware of thoughts and emotions, and understanding how they can affect our health, whether positively or negatively. We also focus on incorporating exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, and self-care practices into individual daily routines, with a strong emphasis on the importance of nutrient-rich food.
