I have always been interested in living a healthy and happy life, and like most people, I used to believe that a healthy diet and exercise were the keys to success. Since 2014, I have tried many diets and exercise regimes. While it is true that diets work while you're on them, as soon as you stop, things can go back to how they were. Through my adult life's ups and downs, successes and failures, I finally came to realize that reaching my full potential requires more than just diet and exercise.

 Although making better food choices and improving my exercise routine made me happier and improved my physical wellness, my mind was still in a dark place. Overwhelmed by worries and anxieties, I was heading towards a very dark, depressing, and isolated place that I didn't want to be in. I came to realise that to achieve maximum satisfaction, happiness, and wellness, I had to take a holistic approach to my health and focus on mental and emotional healing.

 Looking into a holistic approach to health, a profound awakening befell me, as I tried to understand the intricate interplay within the realms of my mind and the cause that begets my thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. With dedication, I embarked on an enlightening journey, guided by education and practice, witnessing the gradual unfurling of remarkable improvements in my mental, emotional, and physical well-being, all through taking incremental strides. I deeply understood my body and mind and learned to work with their needs, realizing how important it is to maintain homeostasis in all aspects of my life. 

With my changes, I can confidently say that I have almost achieved the healthy and happy life I have always wanted.

Through 14 months of education and training at the Mind Body Food Institute, I gained invaluable holistic health knowledge. Now as a graduate and certified Holistic Life and Nutrition coach and Mind Body Practitioner, I am privileged to use my knowledge and expertise to compassionately assist women in finding their unique holistic path to health, happiness, and wellness.
